Emergency Notice: Do not use this website for medical emergencies. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Neurovascular Institute Bellevue, PLLC, doing business as Neurovascular Institute Bellevue (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

1. Website Information Only

The content on this website is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical care.

You should always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, or procedure.

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Your use of this website, including reading content, clicking a consultation link, calling the practice, emailing the practice, or using a third-party booking link, does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship.

A doctor-patient relationship is established only when Neurovascular Institute Bellevue accepts you as a patient and completes any required clinical, administrative, consent, and intake processes.

3. Medical Emergencies

Do not use this website, email, or online booking links for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Symptoms such as stroke-like symptoms, sudden severe headache, loss of consciousness, severe weakness, difficulty speaking, vision changes, seizure, or other urgent neurological symptoms may require immediate emergency care.

4. Consultations and Scheduling

This website may include calls-to-action such as “Book Consultation” or “Schedule a Consultation.” These links may direct visitors to RXNT or another separate HIPAA-compliant booking page.

Submitting information through a third-party booking page does not guarantee an appointment, diagnosis, treatment, procedure, prescription, or acceptance as a patient.

We may decline, reschedule, cancel, or refer appointment requests when appropriate, including when the practice is not suitable for the requested care or when emergency care is needed.

5. RXNT and Third-Party Booking

RXNT is a separate booking and healthcare technology platform. We do not control RXNT’s website, platform, security, privacy practices, or terms.

When you leave this website and use RXNT or any other third-party service, your use of that service is governed by the third party’s own terms, privacy policy, and applicable healthcare privacy practices.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Medical outcomes vary from person to person. Any descriptions of conditions, treatments, procedures, technologies, professional experience, patient stories, or testimonials do not guarantee results.

Past outcomes, physician experience, publication history, procedure counts, or patient experiences should not be interpreted as a promise of a particular result.

7. Website Content

We try to provide accurate and helpful information, but medical knowledge, treatment options, availability, and laws can change. We do not guarantee that website content is complete, current, or error-free.

We may update, remove, or change website content at any time without notice.

8. Visitor Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes
  • Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information
  • Attempt to access systems, data, accounts, or areas of the website without authorization
  • Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the website
  • Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, spam, bots, scraping tools, or automated requests
  • Copy, scrape, reproduce, or reuse website content in violation of these Terms
  • Use the website to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others

9. Intellectual Property

You may view the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Testimonials and Patient Stories

Any testimonials, reviews, or patient stories displayed on the website reflect individual experiences and may not represent typical results. They are not guarantees of outcomes and should not replace medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

11. Third-Party Links

This website may include links to third-party websites, maps, booking platforms, professional profiles, social media pages, or external resources.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, terms, accuracy, security, or services.

12. Privacy
